SERVICE FAQ

Courier services, coverage, and what we collect

Clear answers for Houston-area clinics, labs, pharmacies, and home-health teams—how requests work, what information we need, what we do not collect, and how one-time pickups differ from recurring routes.

Q-01

Do you handle one-time pickups as well as recurring routes?

Yes. You can request a one-time pickup for a specific date and window, or request a recurring facility-to-facility route on set days. All requests are reviewed by dispatch and confirmed after follow-up.

Q-03

What information do you need to request service?

Business and scheduling information only: organization name, business contact, work email, callback number, pickup ZIP, delivery ZIP, and a preferred date and time window. For recurring routes, we also ask for start date, days of week, and frequency.

Q-05

What information should not be submitted on this site?

Do not submit patient names, home addresses, medical record details, prescription information, or any other sensitive clinical content. Our forms are structured to avoid PHI and do not include file uploads or open comment boxes.

Q-02

Is an online inquiry a confirmed booking?

No. An inquiry does not reserve a time or hold capacity. Dispatch must confirm availability and service details directly.

Q-04

How is availability shown on the Schedule Board?

The calendar displays windows posted by dispatch in Houston local time. No windows are currently posted. You can send a preferred-date inquiry for dispatch review.

Q-06

What if there are no posted pickup windows yet?

If no openings are listed, you can still submit a preferred-date request for dispatch to review. This is an inquiry—not a confirmed booking—and dispatch will follow up to confirm whether a window can be accommodated.
